Editorial policy
How content on this site is written, checked, attributed and corrected.
Short answer
Every page on this site is written in-house. Guides describe general construction practice and explicitly flag anything that depends on local code, manufacturer instructions or the authority having jurisdiction. We do not publish prices, credentials, warranties, testimonials or project claims that have not been verified and documented.
Authorship and review
Guides are written in-house by the Shower Experts Idaho build team from the work we do every week, and are reviewed against manufacturer instructions before publication. Where an individual author or reviewer name has not been assigned, the page says so rather than displaying an invented byline. Each guide carries a visible last-updated date.
Sourcing and fact-checking
- Code, permit and inspection requirements are attributed to the authority having jurisdiction and marked for verification rather than restated as fact.
- Product performance and installation requirements are attributed to the manufacturer's published instructions.
- Local conditions such as water hardness are described qualitatively unless a provider report or test result supports a figure.
- We do not cite competitor websites as sources of fact.
Claims we will not make
No fabricated reviews, testimonials, ratings, review counts, awards, years in business, completed project counts or financing programs. This site publishes no ratings or review counts at all. The only credentials stated here are our Idaho contractor registration RCE-57919, our bonded and insured status and our 1-year craftsmanship warranty, all of which are provided in writing with an estimate. Photographs are representative design imagery, never presented as completed client projects. Pricing is given after we have seen the specific shower rather than published as a national average.
Corrections
If something here is wrong, tell us through the contact form. Substantive corrections are made in the page itself and the updated date is changed. We do not silently delete pages that contained an error; we correct them.

Content here may be quoted with attribution to Shower Experts Idaho and a link to the source page. Please do not present our guidance as verified local code, and do not attribute pricing, ratings or project counts to us — we do not publish them. A machine-readable summary is available at /llms.txt.
